Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. I then checked my Windows version and find it still says 21H1. Did this tool create an error log? If yes, then where can I find it? I have a Dell computer with a USB installation disk. Should I use that? But, if I want to do a in-place update then I should use the MS media. Since I have a project due at the beginning of the month I’m going to wait until after I finish the project before I try the upgrade.

It might be a couple of weeks before you hear from me again but you will. FYI, I was able to install 21H2. The mouse didn’t work at all and the keyboard works until I wake it from sleep.
